  • Self-esteem, identity and confidence

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected

What to Expect

When you contact me, I offer a free 30-minute introductory telephone conversation. This gives us an opportunity to discuss what has led you to seek counselling, explore what support you are looking for, and answer any questions you may have.

It is also a chance for us both to decide whether we feel we are the right fit to work together. There is no obligation to continue following this conversation.

If we decide to begin therapy, sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly. I offer both short-term therapy (typically a minimum of 12 sessions) and open-ended therapy, depending on your individual needs.

There is no expectation to share everything straight away. We will work together at a pace that feels safe, comfortable and manageable for you.

In-Person and Online Counselling

I offer counselling both in person from The Treatment Hub in Basingstoke, Hampshire, and online throughout the UK.

My therapy room provides a calm, private and confidential space where you can talk openly without judgement. It is conveniently located in Basingstoke town centre with nearby parking and transport links.

If you prefer to work online, sessions take place via a secure video platform, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home while experiencing the same supportive therapeutic relationship.

Fees & Availability

  • Free introductory telephone conversation (30 minutes)

  • Individual counselling session (50 minutes): £60
